Section of a leaf  (အရြက္ျဖတ္ပိုင္း)  : chlorophyll containing outgrowth of a stem or branch; the site of photosynthesis.
Cuticle (ရြက္ေပၚယံလႊာပါး) : thin superficial skin of a leaf.
Upper epidermis (အေပၚရြက္လႊာ) : outer layer of the leaf.
Spongy mesophyll (အလယ္ရြက္လႊာ) : set of cells forming the central layer of a leaf.
Guard cell (ေလ႐ွဴဆဲလ္) : part of the stoma.
Lower epidermis (ေအာက္ဖက္ရြက္လႊာ) : lower layer of the leaf.
Stoma (ေလ႐ွဴေပါက္) : organ of the leaf that allows the exchange of gases.
Air channel (ေလသြားလမ္းေၾကာင္း) : place in which air circulates.
Phloem (ရြက္ရည္ကူးတစ္သွ်ဴး) : conductive tissue that carries sap and other liquids.
Xylem (ရြက္သားသစ္သွ်ဴး) : plant tissue of which wood is formed.
Vein (ရြက္ေၾကာ) : line outlining a leaf division.
Vertical palisade cell (ရြက္လႊာျပဳဆဲလ္) : set of cells forming the upper and lower layers of a leaf.
